*Thank you to the author for providing me with an eARC in exchange for a honest review.

A visit from the landlord’s son sends Mia’s life on a downward spiral. Refusing the aid offered to her by Roman, she tells him in no uncertain terms she doesn’t want anything from him. Mia believes she can find a way to solve her problem alone, the way she always done. In desperation—when her ex-boyfriend Farrell propositions her—Mia agrees.

Later, regretting her rash actions, she decides to call the whole thing off. Going through with it goes against everything she holds dear—her principles and moral judgement.

Before she can tell her ex where he can shove his proposal, he thrusts the answer to her problem into her hand. Blinded by the instant fix, Mia alters the terms of their previous arrangement and decides to go through with it.

A decision destined to drive her off course in her relationship with Roman.

So after I was left hanging from part 1, I was eager to finish part 2 of the series.

Can I just say how much I love Roman Evans?!

Seriously, where in the world do you find someone so hot yet sweet and gentle and just…(I could go on and on about how awesome this man is but you get the picture!)

Roman is this one man you would probably NEVER EVER meet in real life!

(Yes, let the tears begin!)

It’s so sad when you think about how Roman doesn’t exist in real life because he is so sweet, so patient and even though he wants Mia, he would back off immediately when he realise how Mia feels about certain things.

I can never know what Mia’s thoughts are because her decision to accept her ex-boyfriend’s proposal and not Roman’s help but I think its probably because she doesn’t trust anyone?

(Um, scratch that. I don’t understand her thoughts.)

Part 2 in the series does move things up a little but seriously, can I suggest that if you’re going to start the Pose For A Billionaire series (speaking of posing, the drawing for Mia has been…not been making progress?!), its best to make sure you have all three novels!

(Otherwise, you will be just be screaming for more!)

Highly recommended for readers to read in sequence and would enjoy a sweet contemporary romance short story!
