Kate Burrows is crushing on her boss big time. Aleksei Aleksanou is tall, dark, and every inch the image of a classic Greek god—if said Greek god was incredibly sexy, rich, and a complete player. The only way she can get over him is by quitting her job and seeing the world…once she indulges in one wickedly-hot night with him.

Only now she’s pregnant.

Aleksei is furious when Kate arrives on the small Greek island of Naxea and tries to hide the truth for him. He takes matters into his own hands—by announcing the pregnancy to his family and asking her to marry him. Now Kate must decide if she can marry the man of her hottest, sexiest dreams…knowing she will never be the wife of his heart.

A Wife in Every Sense is literally one of the most unique novel I have ever read!

From the sparks between them that was too hot to be ignored and resulted in a passionate night, to Kate being pregnant, and jealousy arising, it would seem that Aleksei and Kate are your typical couple…or not!

(I can literally imagine how hot and handsome Aleksei is just from the author’s writing! I need a real life Aleksei NOW!)

Okay, so Kate Burrows practically own every part of Aleksei Aleksanou…except for his heart. Honestly, I didn’t think it’s possible because Kate’s every action has clearly shown that she love him! For Aleksei, his soothing words and the need to take care of her…I mean, that has got to mean something right?!

Yet the guy is convinced he couldn’t give Kate the thing she needs – his heart, his love.

So the title makes sense, doesn’t it? Kate is his wife in every sense but the most important and basic thing between a couple is missing. It’s really painful to see Kate being in love with him and she probably got it worse when he treats her so amazingly gentle yet he doesn’t love her.

That, is also the reason why I love this novel! It’s so different from the usual stories of couples giving into their lust and finally proclaiming their love for each other! A Wife in Every Sense is definitely special!

Joanne Walsh has brought her characters to life through her writing of a story so unique, so sweet and so devastatingly romantic! Highly recommended for all mature readers!
